MCP Serverの設定（Cursor、Claude Desktop）を参考に、mcp.jsonまたはclaude_desktop_config.jsonに以下を追記してください。 LAPRAS_API_KEYは職歴関連のツールを使う場合のみ必要です。https://lapras.com/config/api-key から取得できます。 Claude Desktopを使用している場合、Desktop Extension（.dxtファイル）を使って簡単にインストールできます。 1. リリースページから最新の`lapras-mcp-server.dxt`をダウンロード 2. Claude Desktopの設定画面を開く 3. ダウンロードした`.dxt`ファイルを設定画面にドラッグ＆ドロップ 4. 必要に応じてLAPRAS_API_KEYを設定（LAPRAS_API_KEYを設定後はMCPの有効・無効の設定をトグルしてください）
